We are seeing a test on mobile "near me" searches where nearly 100% of the organic results are sourced from Google's local graph. The results are visible on mobile Safari with a cell only connection. When using Wifi, the test was not visible and similar searches using geographic modifiers or no geo-modifiers did not reproduce the test result.
Turmoil is the name of the Google game these days and it appears that all bets are on the table in terms of showing results that users respond to.
